Clinical pharmacists delivering therapy review services and QOF support in primary care is at the core of Interface.
Our pharmacists receive extensive training and are experts in using clinical systems and searches to identify and stratify your patients. Where appropriate, they will work with you to ensure that clinics are set up and attendance rates are maximised. They are experienced in running patient-facing clinics and have in-depth clinical knowledge in a wide range of therapy areas, allowing them to review your patients and make clinically appropriate recommendations for their management.
In addition, all our pharmacists are proficient in identifying opportunities and providing support to help you maximise your QOF income and demonstrate ongoing quality improvement.
Remote Patient Clinics
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Interface are directly supporting practices and PCNs by providing remote clinics for patients with long term conditions.
Interface takes the spread of COVID-19 extremely seriously. Our priority is the safety of patients, employees, NHS staff and their families. We’re adapting our services to deliver clinical support remotely including the patient clinics incorporated within many of our reviews.Learn more
