Attend2 Fracture

Attend2 Fracture supports GP practices to undertake a proactive fracture risk assessment (FRAX) for all recommended patients as per NICE CG146 to identify those at risk of an osteoporotic fracture.

Attend2 Fracture will help to prioritise cohorts for review and enable clinicians to make decisions around individual patients by providing clinical data relevant to their bone health, risk profile and current treatment plan. The tool will also prioritise patients based on compliance, treatment failures and other clinical issues.

This process allows for action plans to be created, the required clinical work to be delivered and improvements to be measured as part of a Quality Improvement initiative in Bone Health.
