Optimising Blood Glucose Self-Monitoring

Interface Clinical Services worked in partnership with Esplanade Surgery, Isle of Wight, to deliver a programme which enhanced both the clinical and financial effectiveness of diabetes care at the practice.

Equipment and funding for the project was provided by B Braun Medical Ltd and a poster describing the programme was presented at the Primary Care Diabetes Conference in Birmingham last week.
