Find out moreThe QOF point value for England has increased to £160.15 with the average practice population increasing to 7,233. Essentially, this has created a 2% uplift in the QOF point value from £156.92 to £160.15. The Contractor Population Index (CPI) has also been adjusted due to the 2.57% increase in the average practice list size, whilst the number of clinical domain points available will remain at 435.
This loss of £434.00 is due to the average population increasing to 7,233 giving a CPI of (7052/7233=0.975).
The revised QOF indicators for 2015/16 have seen key changes occurring in the clinical domains of Atrial Fibrillation (AF), Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Dementia.
