Interface feature on The NICE shared learning platform

Interface Clinical Services’ ability to implemented guidelines and quality standards across three key therapy areas, bone health, atrial fibrillation and diabetes have been acknowledged by NICE and shared on their learning platform.

NICE use this platform to share innovation and best practice across the NHS, showcasing examples of those using NICE guidance and standards to improve local health and social care services. The clinical programmes delivered by Interface and shared by NICE can be viewed below:

Bone Health Programme: A Proactive Population Approach to Bone Health in partnership with Academic Health Science Network for the North East and North Cumbria (AHSN NENC).

Safe and effective management of stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation in partnership with Sentinel Healthcare GP Federation.

Supporting the management of type 2 diabetes with pharmacist-led reviews and implementing NICE recommended nine key care processes in partnership with Slough CCG.

Introducing CVD Indicators
