Regulatory and Compliance

Interface Clinical Service (ICS) offer compliance support and consultancy services for the provision of medical services, acting as an independent interface, integrating the pharmaceutical industry with healthcare organisations.

This includes the fulfilment of obligations around the areas of contractual support, pharmacovigilance and the co-ordination of medicines support queries to the market authorisation holder.

Regulatory and Compliance

It’s essential for any commercial healthcare or pharmaceutical organisation to have a thorough medicines and regulatory policy in place when undertaking any form of joint working with the NHS to enhance patient care.

ICS work within the healthcare economy to guarantee that the ABPI code and the interest of the patient is at the forefront of all services, ensuring optimal and expert delivery of all aspects within the clinical service process.

ICS have a dedicated regulatory and compliance department, overseen by a trained medical signatory who specialises in pharmaceutical services.

As well as assisting organisations with their medicines and regulatory policies, the regulatory and compliance department co-ordinates the ABPI and clinical training of all ICS pharmacists, ensuring all levels of the service delivery process are fully compliant, meeting all necessary standards and regulations.
