Established over 10 years ago, we deliver clinical projects in around 3,000 GP practices and hospitals throughout the UK each year. Some of the projects are funded by the NHS, and some are funded by industry partners. Through our staff of experienced clinical pharmacists, we provide medicines management and medicines optimisation services, but we do much more.

We are looking to recruit a Regional Business Development Lead to cover the South East region who will take responsibility for generating new business for the company by driving the uptake of existing and new company services to NHS organisations within the region. The right person will have experience in Pharma, whether that be as a Pharmacist, a Dispenser or a Medical Rep.

Do you have excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness and developed leadership and training skills? Are you confident, adaptable, resilient and highly motivated? If so, then this will be the role for you.

The ideal candidate will have a diverse range of responsibilities. Working alongside the National NHS Liaison Executive, they will create strategy, plan and implement local tactical activity and attend key client meetings to generate new business.

Working within the regional team, they will coach and develop the effective identification and development of strategic NHS decision makers to maximise the uptake of services within the region. The candidate will also ensure that new services meet the financial objectives and contractual terms and conditions as defined by the contracts department.
